The police officers said that a criminal case was initiated against him under Article 188 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (libel). The reason was the publication in Nasha Niva in which «the DJ of сhanges» Vlad Sakalouski claimed he had been beaten by the Deputy of the Minister of Internal Affairs Barsukou in the detention centre while serving his sentence.
