Journalist and founder of Adjara Time Sulkhan Meskhidze was covering the opening of a road by the ruling Georgian Dream political party. The authorities opened the road, which in the evening was blocked, as it was not ready for operation. After his publication, Meskhidze received insulting and threatening messages from an unknown numbers on his phone.
