Additional information:

Andriy Sukhrakov, deputy editor-in-chief of Focus magazine, accused the YouTube channel ISLND TV of disseminating information falsely attributed to Focus, which the publication never released. Attempts to reach the channel's representatives via the listed phone numbers were unsuccessful. The magazine now intends to take legal action.
