Mykhailo Pirtko, the son-in-law of MP Yaroslav Dubnevych, has filed a lawsuit against NGL.media, requesting the removal of his and his wife Roksolana Pirtko’s names from published materials. The lawsuit stems from a February 2025 investigation detailing Roksolana Pirtko’s ownership of a high-end apartment in the UAE. Pirtko’s family is also demanding the removal of all references and images related to their activities and property, along with a court-imposed ban on publishing any future information about them. The co-defendants in the case include the authors of the investigation—Oleksandra Hubytska (NGL.media) and Yanina Kornienko (Slidstvo.info)—from whom Mykhailo Pirtko is seeking 10,000 UAH (around 240 USD) in compensation for non-pecuniary damages.
