The Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow has opened an administrative case against Nadezhda Metalnikova, a presenter for the Dozhd TV channel. She is accused of participating in the activities of an “undesirable” organisation, a violation under Article 20.33 of the Russian Code of Administrative Offenses. The Dozhd TV channel was officially designated an “undesirable organisation” in July 2023.
