The Kuzminsky District Court in Moscow has received reports concerning alleged links with an “undesirable” organisation (Article 20.33 of the Russian Code of Administrative Offences) involving the publishing company Board of Directors and its director, Lilia Samokhina. The specific grounds for the administrative proceedings have not been disclosed. Board of Directors is the publisher of the Russian edition of the American business magazine Inc., which has operated in Russia since 2016. In 2024, the Russian editorial team announced that it would no longer continue under the American franchise.
