The Ministry of Justice has filed an administrative report against journalist Andrei Sivenok, author of the Telegram channel "Nenauchny Gorodok," for carrying out the activities of a foreign agent without being included in the official register (part 1 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). Sivenok was added to the list of “foreign agents” in August 2025.
