The Communications Commission issued a warning to Formula TV for receiving “indirect funding” from the National Movement party. The Commission stated that Formula TV received GEL 451,000 (EUR 141,130) from Formula Multimedia, a company that had received funds from the National Movement. Under the law on broadcasting, media outlets are prohibited from receiving funding from political parties.
