Aslan Gurbanov, blogger who suffers from severe epilepsy was violently detained on 14 July in Bina. While being arrested, he fainted and had seizures. Young man is being charged with calls to overthrow the government and incitement of national, religious and social hatred. Court arrested Gurbanov for four months. The prosecution is built on blogger’s publications on Facebook and Instagram.
