TV Rain received threats from representatives of the so-called "Male State", an ultra-conservative online community that declares the ideas of patriarchy. In a text from a representative of the movement received by the TV channel via Telegram, journalists were asked to apologize to the "Male State", stop any programs about LGBT and women's rights, and not produce materials about it. Maria Borzunova published a screenshot of the personal threat to her family.
