The Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow received the second case of failure to fulfill the duties of a «media foreign agent» (Part 1 of Article 19.34.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) against video blogger and lawyer Mark Feygin. The reason for the report is unknown. The maximum penalty under the first part of this article is RUB 10,000.
