On 14 July, Edgar Djanibekyan filed a lawsuit against “Shamshyan media” and the founder of website Shamshyan.com, Gagik Shamshyan, demanding the retraction of an allegedly libellous article and compensation for nonmaterial damage. The reason for a lawsuit was an article that mentioned Edgar Djanibekyan being amongst the arrested for drug trafficking. The court trial is pending.
