Police in Vladivostok humiliated local blogger Gennady Shulga. His house was raided and his equipment (computer, phones) was seized. Police are now pursuing charges against protesters who blocked traffic during those demonstrations and broke into Shulga’s home as part of that investigation. He was taken for interrogation in the anti-extremism department of the local department of internal affairs, before being let go around 1pm.
