On 16-17 April, there was a protest against the foreign agents' draft law outside the parliament in Tbilisi. At around 12:30, riot police used force on people without prior warning, including journalists. Giorgi Badridze was beaten and police took away his personal phone, after which he used work phone. Police tried to take that phone away too.
