Tbilisi City Court has fined freelance photographer Goga Chanadiri GEL 5,000 (approximately EUR 1,600) for "artificially blocking the road." Although the court's decision is dated 10 April, Chanadiri stated that he only received the ruling on 3 June. The fine pertains to an alleged offence committed on 7 February.
