The news website of the human rights initiative Journalists for Tolerance (J4T.by / J4T.info) was blocked in Belarus. When users try to visit the website, they see a dummy page that says «access to the resource is restricted in the execution of the decision of the Ministry of Information of the Republic of Belarus, adopted on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Mass Media"».
