Police fined Mariam Nikuradze, co-founder and photographer of OC Media, for "artificially blocking the road" on 3 April when she was covering protest. This is third fine that police issued to her. In total Nikuradze is fined GEL 15,000 (USD 5,500). The journalist is appealing the fines.
