If charged and found guilty, she faces up to 7 years in prison. On the night of January 11-12, Amaghlobeli was detained twice in front of the Main Police Directorate of Batumi. Amaghlobeli’s defense lawyer, Paata Diasamidze, told Batumelebi that the factual circumstances of her detention were not clear.
