Paata Vardanashvili was reporting on a guerrilla protest in Tbilisi, where demonstrators were blocking a road, frustrating drivers. Two men in a bus started shouting insults at the protesters and then physically assaulted one of them. While Vardanashvili was filming the scene, the bus driver suddenly drove the vehicle toward the crowd, striking Vardanashvili. He sustained minor injuries. The police did not respond to the incident.
