On April 15, journalists of the Mtavari Arkhi TV channel (reporter Irakli Vachiberadze and cameraman Rezo Burjanadze) and Formula TV channel (cameraman Achiko Gabrichidze) were not admitted to the session of the Kutaisi City Council without any explanation. The security guards told the journalists that the pass system had started to work, of which they had not been warned.
