On April 25, Inter-Invest Project LLC filed a lawsuit with the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction against Hraparak Daily Newspaper LLC and journalist Susan Simonyan demanding to refute the information discrediting the business reputation and pay compensation. The reason for the lawsuit was the article «Black Clouds Over the Head of an Oligarch Heartbroken for the Power», published on March 6 on Hraparak.am, according to which, the founder of the plaintiff company Narek Nalbandyan had been avoiding taxes, invented schemes to avoid making payments to the state, and was caught. The lawsuit is being considered.
