On July 19, Tengo Gogotishvili, the investigative journalist of the Mtavari Arkhi TV channel, was followed by police patrol cars in the city of Oni (Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti regions) and within Sachkhere district (Imereti region). The policemen filmed the journalist's movements on their cell phones and also followed him.
