The judge of Zavodski District of Minsk, having considered the administrative case of the editor-in-chief of Nasha Niva Yahor Martsinovich, found him guilty of participation in unauthorized street action and fined him. The case is based on an incident on the night of August 10-11 when the journalist, who was on his way to pick up his wife after work, was dragged out of his car by riot policemen, beaten, taken to the police department and then to the detention centre. Yahor spent a day and a half in custody.
