Alexey Onoshkin, the Nizhny Novgorod-based blogger and priest of the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster, was prosecuted for incitement to terrorism (Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). What exactly served as the reason for the new case is unknown. Onoshkin is under investigation for «military fakes» (Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation); due to his mental disorder, he is held in a hospital.
