The journalist was not allowed into the meeting room of the Kulikovo village council, where the plenary session was taking place. At the meeting, the resonant issue of closing a school in the Drozdovka village, which is a part of this territorial community, was resolved. The police, who arrived at the journalist's request, drew up a protocol on obstructing journalists' professional activity.
