Roskomnadzor blocked the website of Oblastnaya Gazeta (the official newspaper of the regional administration) for its satirical article «How to take and give bribes without getting caught for it later». The site was unblocked on the same day – the editor-in-chief attributes it to the high public profile. The material about bribes was originally published in 2017 in the humorous media Krasnaya Burda. A day later, the website was removed from the register of banned websites, and access was restored.
