Roskomnadzor blocked the media Russian Oppositional Arts Review, launched by writer Linor Goralik. The decision was made by the General Prosecutor’s Office on July 15. Roskomnadzor demanded that ROAR remove the page, which, in the opinion of the agency, contained «misleading publicly significant information» about the «operation» of the Russian military in Ukraine, its form, methods of fighting, as well as information about attacks on civilian infrastructure, numerous victims among the civilian population of Ukraine and in the ranks of the Russian Federation Armed Forces, regarding general mobilization and others".
