The court found Zanoza and its co-founders Dina Maslova and Naryn Ayipp guilty over articles criticising president Atambayev. After the third verdict was read, Ayipp, Maslova and the publication were required to pay the president a total of 21 million soms. According to the court's decision, they were forbidden from leaving the country and placed under house arrest.
